Radu Tudorache is an executive coach and organisational facilitator, with an approach grounded in his clinical psychology and psychoanalytic training. His practice works with individuals, leaders and teams to clarify objectives, recognise the patterns that serve them and those that no longer do, and build a course of action aligned with their deeper values.
This coaching and facilitation also benefit from more than 20 years in leadership roles, from Director of Economic Regulation at ANCOM and Country Consultant at Google, through senior director roles at Telekom and Vodafone, to two years as Chief Digital Officer at Vodafone Romania, as well as founder of his own consulting venture since 2020. This gives him a direct, lived understanding of the pressures, decisions and dynamics his clients face at the top of organisations.
Radu's approach integrates systemic coaching and group facilitation with a psychodynamic understanding of individual and collective processes, informed by psychoanalytic theory.
This dual grounding in business leadership and in psychoanalysis allows him to accompany leaders and teams both in their quest for strategic clarity and in bringing into awareness the relational and unconscious dynamics that shape decisions, collaboration and organisational change.
Additionally, building on his experience as Agile Practice Leader & Senior Consultant with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Radu brings together evidence-based leadership development techniques and group facilitation excellence to enable leadership alignment and culture change across the wider organisation.
