Brand strategist with 18+ years of experience in both traditional advertising and digital, Costin is mostly known for having founded The Geeks, a highly successful digital agency that merged into Publicis One, becoming Saatchi & Saatchi + The Geeks. Throughout his career, Costin has directly contributed to hundreds of successful advertising & digital projects, and educated hundreds of young marketers in brand building & digital communication. For his activity, in 2010 and 2012, Costin received two Excellence Awards from the International Advertising Association (IAA Romania). In 2017, Costin wrote what YouTube Leaderboards recognized as the Most Popular Commercial in Romania.

Part of the most creative and efficient agency in Romania and CEE, Costin led the strategic work on P&G's Tide in the Balkans, playing a major strategy role in the Tide Supermom campaign for CEE, winner of the first Euro-Effie award received in Romania.

Co-founder — Biblos Advertising

Co-founded a student agency, growing from an initial team of three founders to an extended team of more than fifteen. Many team members later became high-performing, award-winning industry specialists.
